These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between yourself and Harvey Training (ABN 90 656 403 029). Harvey Training may update these Terms & Conditions without any notice

Terms of Service

  1. By using our products and services you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions
  2. We require all payments on time as agreed to when a product or service is purchased.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse access to products and services if the required payments have not been made
  4. We reserve the right to cancel any community-based services (without refund) if:
    1. You act in a way that is unlawful or damaging to Harvey Training and it’s community
    2. Share affiliate links without permission Harvey Training
    3. Share marketing materials without permission from Harvey Training

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

We pride ourselves on providing the best products and services to support you. In the case we don’t provide our products and services to an acceptable standard, you are entitled to certain rights under the ACCC’s consumer guarantees. Which you can find at:

In the event you need to return a product and or request a refund, please contact us as shown below in (“Contacting us and Complaints”)

Please note these guarantees don’t include if you changed your mind, and as a result in that case we do not allow returns, replacements or refunds.

Cancelling your Service

You are entitled to cancel your services at any time, however you are still required to pay until the end of the period you agreed to (E.g monthly or yearly) unless:

  • There is a major problem with our service we provide
  • There is a minor problem which can’t be fixed in a reasonable amount of time

Harvey Training and the it’s logos are trademarks of Harvey Training, all rights reserved.

All other trademarks are used with permission.

Harvey Training may provide you with assets and materials in connection with our products and services. Harvey Training provides a license which allows you to use these assets and materials for personal use only. This means unless given prior permission:

  • You can’t copy or modify these resources
  • You can’t use these resources commercially or in a public forum

If you require additional permission to use these assets please contact us as shown below in (“Contacting us and Complaints”)
